Round shaped, antique brass colored coin 1-7/8 inches in diameter.

The 716th Military Police Battalion mission is to deploy Worldwide in Support of FORSCOM or XVlll Airborne Corps to Provide Combat Military Police Support During War or Contingency Operations As Required. Provide Law Enforcement, Community Assistance and Force Protection to the Soldiers, Families, and Visitors to Fort Campbell; Maintain Liaison With Federal, State and Local Law Enforcement Agencies; Support Installation Contingency Operations.

Each task force is comprised of both active component and reserve component elements. The Military Police train to do peacetime, wartime and contingency operations. The MP mission includes law enforcement operations, maneuverability support operations, keeping the lines of communication on the roads open, doing checkpoints, Cordon and searches, interpersonal communication skills meeting with the local people.
