10th Special Forces Group (Abn) - 1st Battalion was in Batolz, Germany (96) then moved to its present home at Panzer Kasern, Germany. Panzer Kasern is where Gen. romel trained his tankers prior to WWII (circa 1937 - 1939). The exact location is the town of Boberblingen, south of Stuttgart, Germany. 2nd & 3rd Battalions are located with 10th Group HQ's in Fort Carson, Colorado. 3rd Battalion relocated to Stuttgart, Germany for positioning and later jumping into Afghanistan with 173rd Abn in 2002.
