Company C, 1-168th Aviation Regiment (formerly the 126th Medical Company), has a rich history serving the Nation. Over the years, the 126th Medical Company has provided rotary wing support during Fires, Floods, and Search and Rescues to the State of California. The unit has also deployed to Bosnia, Kosova, Afghanistan, Egypt, and has members currently deployed to Iraq. The unit flies the latest Army helicopter - the HH-60L equipped with FLIR, Stormscope, External High Performance Hoist, On Board Oxygen Generating System, and a state of the art navigational equipment package.
