MSgt Hutchison is with the 94th AMU (94th Aircraft Maintenance Unit), 1 AMXS (1st Aircraft Maintenance Squadron), 1MXG (1st Maintenance Group), 1 FW (1st Fighter Wing).

In June 1969, with tensions mounting folowing the Pueblo Incident and the downing of an ED-121 electronic observation plane by North Korea, the 94th Fighter Squadron deployed to Osan Air Base, South Korea for six months (hence the reference to Kim Jong IL on the coin). The Kadena 2009 reference refers to the squadron participating in a joint exercise with the Japan Self Defense Force at Kadena Air Base, Japan In October, 2009.
