SIDE 1 - A black vertical dogtag-shaped bottle opener with, from top to bottom, "OEF X/XI," a keystone with the lettters, "DFK," and "KUNAR, AFGHANISTAN 2010" in white.

SIDE 2 - A black vertical dogtag-shaped bottle opener with, in white letters, from top to bottom, "MAGNUM OFFICIAL POST-MISSION OPENING TOOL, TYPE 1, AUTHORIZED USE ONLY."

The 110th Infantry Regiment is a regiment of the United States Army. Its legacy unit, 1st Battalion, 110th Infantry, is a subordinate command of 2nd Brigade, 28th Infantry Division, Pensylvania Army National Guard.
