Round shaped, gold colored coin 2 inches in diameter; Coin Number 468.

A short history provided by the unidentified donor states, "1/5th Infantry 'Bobcats' was reorganized as a Stryker Battalion in September, 2003, part of 1st brigade, 25th Infantry Division (IBCT); deployed to OIF III October, 2004; participated in Fallujah 2nd push in October, 2004 and Mosul December, 2004 to September, 2005; redeployed September 25. 2005 to Fort Lewis Washington; reflagged and re-organized to 1st Regiment, 2nd Stryker Cavalry Brigade in May, 2006; complete brigade/unit moved to Vilsek, Germany in September, 2006.
