The front of the coin depicts the insignia of the Tennessee, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Illinois Army National Guard. The back of the coin depicts a map of Iraq and the shoulder patch of the Pennsylvania Army National Guard, which may indicate that the 372nd Maintenance Company, Pennsylvania Army National Guard was the lead unit of the maintenance companies involved in the 2005-2006 deployment.
