Round shaped coin, silver in color, 1 3/4 inches in color.

The coin appears to represent a group of logistical units with a mission to draw down the military presence in Iraq. The rear of the coin show what appear to be a helicopter, armored wheeled vehicle, a shipping container and the words, "Reset", "Redistribution" and "Retrograde".
