Round shaped coin, gold in color, 1 23/32 inches in diameter.

SIDE 1 - On a gray background, a shield-shaped device, the top half red and buff, the bottom half dark blue; on the device, a crossed key and wrench, both silver grey, overlayed with a silver grey dagger, point up; at the top of the device, a silver gray Mosby hat with a red plume; the grey field surrounded by a black band inscribed with the motto, “Alo Vis Tutis Victoria,” (Sustain the Force, Secure the Victory); further surrounded by a gold band, a black band inscribed from 12 o’clock, “55th Sustainment Brigade,” “Secure the Victory,” “Fort Belvoir, VA” and, “Sustain the Force,” all enclosed within a scalloped brass band.

SIDE 2 - On a black oval-shaped field with a horizontal orientation, a prayer inscribed, “Colonel Mosby: May you ride a fast horse – May the wind always be at your back – May you have money to jangle in your pockets – May health and happiness ride with you all the days of your life,” above the field on a gold background, a Colonel insignia of rank, the shoulder sleeve insignia of the 55th Sustainment Brigade and a Command Sergeant Major insignia of rank; surrounding the gold field, a wide black band inscribed from 12 o’clock, “Mosby’s Rangers – Maintain - Care – Awarded for Excellence – Lead – Train;” all enclosed within a scalloped brass band.
