House Resolution No. 833, Missouri House of Representatives, 94th General Assembly, first Regular Session:

"Whereas, the members of the Missouri House of Representatives hold in high esteem those Show-Me State residents who answer the patriotic call to national service through their enlistment in the various branches that make up the United States armed forces; and Whereas, approximately fifty soldiers from the Cape Girardeau, Missouri deployed for operations in Iraq with the 110th Engineer Battalion of the Missouri Army National Guard beginning in August 2005 and ending in November 2006; - - - - - : Now, therefore, be it resolved that we, the members of the Missouri House of Representatives, Ninety-fourth General Assembly, join unanimously to salute the soldiers and officers of the Missouri Army National Guard's 110th Combat Engineer Battalion and to convey to all of those involved this legislative body's most heartful best wishes as they receive well-deserved public recognition at a Freedom Salute Honors Ceremony in Cape Girardeau on March 4, 2007 - - - - -"
