Olla shaped coin, pewter in color, 3 1/8 inches high x 2 1/8 inches wide.

SIDE 1 - On an olla shaped pewter colored field, a pair of red crossed bayonets, surmounted the the number, "4" in blue with the word, "MOUNTAIN" along the top edge.

SIDE 2 - On an olla shaped pewter colored field, the words,

"OIF XIV-XV" along the bottom edge.

The 4th Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division ("Patriot Brigade"[1]) is an inactive infantry brigade combat team. Based at Fort Polk, Louisiana. It was constituted 16 January 2005 in the Regular Army as Headquarters, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division, and activated at Fort Polk, Louisiana; it was inactivated 24 February 2015 at Fort Polk, Louisiana.
