Task Force Medical Falcon was made up of elements of a variety of medical units brought together to provide medical services to the multinational troops engaged in peacekeeping operations in Kosovo in 2006-2007. Included were elements of the 338th Medical Brigade from Pennsylvania, the 229th Army Hospital, Combat Support Hospital from Alabama, the 200th PM Detachment, the 6252nd army Hospital from California, and the 448th Medical Logistics Detachment.
