Round shaped poker chip, yellow & dark blue, 1 5/8 inches in diameter.

SIDE 1 - A disc colored dark blue at the top and gradually transitioning to white below; in the background, a map of Afghanistan in Afghan flag colors; in the foreground and to the right and left, a trio of armed soldiers walking forward. On the outside edge of the disc, the words, "HELMOND PROVINCE" with the Marine insignia at the vey top between the two words and the words, "OPERATION ENDURING FREEDOM" below. Surrounding the disc in succession, three very narrow rings, blue yellow and blue, a slightly wider blue and yellow ring and a dark blue border.
