From a news article in the Times-Piayunne, New Orleans, dated 14 August 2014:

After spending months in Afghanistan, helping ensure roads were clear of hidden bombs, about 100 Louisiana National Guard soldiers are back in the United States. The soldiers of the Baton Rouge-based 927th Engineer Company arrived Thursday at Fort Bliss, Texas, for demobilization training before they're allowed to return home, according to a post on the Louisiana National Guard's Facebook page.

The company is a unit in the 769th Engineer Battalion, headquartered in Baton Rouge. Known as a "sapper" unit, the 927th specializes in not only searching for and clearing roadside bombs but disposing of them.
