Shield shaped coin, pewter in color, 1 3/4 inches high & 1 1/2 inches wide.

SIDE 1 - Shield shaped device, divided horizontally with a wavy line, dark blue over green, a yellow number "1" with a red horizontal

bar on which is installed, (left to right) the 1st Marine Division Insignia, the Marine Corps Insignia and red wheel with eight spokes, over which is a white ribbon banner with the words, "COMBAT LOGISTICS BATTALION" and, below which is a white ribbon banner with the words, "FIRST IN SUPPORT," all enclosed with a narrow pewter border with a yellow clamshell device at each corner.

SIDE 2- Shield shaped, pewter colored device with US Marine Corps insignia and "UNITED STATES MARINE CORPS." ABOVE
