Rectangular shaped coin horizontal orientation with banners above and below, pewter in color, 1 3/4 inches high x 3 1/4 Inches wide.
SIDE 1 - A black rectangular plate with a stylized pewter colored wolf's head centered and the words, "Task Force" and "Wolfpack" on either side, surmounting a pewter belt-buckle shaped background with two helicopters and two canine paw prints above the rectangle and the words, "The Fight for Iraq" below.
SIDE 2 - The back silhouette of the shape described on side 1 with a narrow border and the words "OIF 06-08" both pewter colored.

MISSION: "On order, Task Force Wolfpack deploys worldwide and conducts full spectrum operations in support of the 82nd Airborne Division, United States and Coalition Forces."
ACTIVITY: In August 1990, the Wolfpack was the first Army Aviation unit to deploy to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in preparation for combat in support of Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm. Throughout Desert Storm, the unit conducted several successful deep attack missions as an integral part of the 82nd Airborne Division's end sweep deep into Iraq earning a second Meritorious Unit Citation.
