Round shaped coin, antique brass in color, 1 1/2 inches in diameter.

Side 1 - A red keystone on a brass disc containing a brass-colored tank with an engraving of the phrase, "E105" above and the words, "PANTHER BATTALION" below, all surrounded by a wide brass-colored band with the words,"Pennsylvania Army National Guard" above and "1st 110th in (M)" below; all that surrounded by a twisted wire border.

Side 2 - The unit insignia of the 110th Infantry Regiment on a brass-colored disc, surrounded by a band with the words, "CUISQUE DEVOTIO EST VIC REGIMENTI" (The devotion of each is the strength of the Regiment) above and "MAKE IT HAPPEN" below; all surrounded by a twisted tire border.
