Round shaped coin, pewter in color, 2 1/2 inches in diameter.

SIDE 1 - Map of Afghanistan in black surmounted by two crossed sabers, the number "82" above the cross, the number "1" below and both a major's oak leaf and a Sergeant Major's insignia of rank in the lower left corner of the map; all surrounded by a wide band with the words, "TASK FORCE SABER" above, "FOR EXCELLENCE" below, "2104" left, and "2015" right.

SIDE 2 - Map of Afghanistan (reversed) in black surmounted by two crossed sabers; Hq & Headquarters Troop guidon above the cross, B Troop guidon below, and C Troop right; an engraving spot at the bottom of the map numbered "200"; all surrounded by a wide band with the words, "TASK FORCE SABER" above, "FOR EXCELLENCE" below, "2104" left, and "2015" right.
