SIDE 1: A white shield with a green border on which is mounted a yellow coronet on which is perched a black crow detailed in white; all mounted on a round brass-colored coin with a wide band on which is inscribed the words, "116TH SUPPORT CENTER (CORPS RAOC)" above and, "WASHINGTON ARMY NATIONAL GUARD" below.
