Round shaped coin, antique brass in color, 1 7/8 inches in diameter.
SIDE 1: A National Guard "Minuteman" in front of a 2-star banner, a 34th Infantry Division insignia at 3 o'clock, a 133rd Airlift Wing insignia at 5 o'clock, a 148th Fighter Wing insignia at 7 o'clock and an 84th Troop Command insignia at 9 o'clock; around the outer edge, the words, "THE ADJUTANT GENERAL" above and, "MINNESOTA NATIONAL GUARD" below.
SIDE 2: The Great Seal of the State of Minnesota.
The Minnesota Army National Guard is composed of approximately 11,000 Soldiers, spread out in 65 training and community centers across the state. The Minnesota Army National Guard was originally formed in 1856.
