Narrative

Round shaped coin pewter in color, 1 3/4 inches in diameter.

SIDE 1: On a blue disc, a yellow lightning bolt surmounted by a brown and white cartoon chipmonk with antennae sprouting from its ears.

SIDE 2: A pewter colored disc charged with a bust of Lincoln with the words, "IN GOD WE TRUST" above and, "INTEGRITY" below; surrounded by a wide black band with the words, "LAND OF LINCOLN AND HOME OF THE 126CF" above and, "'WHATEVER YOU ARE, BE A GOOD ONE' ABRAHAM LINCOLN."

The primary task of the 126th Communications Flight is to provide command, control, communications and computer support to the Wing. These communication specialists provide mail, network, radio, and telephone services in a variety of either secure-for-classified or non-secure modes.
