Round shaped coin, antique brass in color, 1 3/4 inches in diameter.

Task Force Sierra was composed of Naval Mibile Construction Battalion 5 NMCB-5), an active Navy unit out of Port Hueneme, California, Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 27 (NMCB-27), a reserve unit with detachments throughout neew England and New York and headquartered in Chicopee, Massachusetts, and the 22nd Naval Construction Regiment (22nd NCR) from Gulfport, Mississippi.
