SIDE 1: On a yellow diagonally placed square, a red diagonal stripe, surmounted by a black erect sword, between two green laurel branches, enclosed by a black border. The diamond shape embodies wisdom and strength. The red stripe honors the Groups logistics lineage. The black sword denotes military readiness and swift response. The laurel branches symbolize the Groups achievements, high standards and commitment to excellence. The black border signifies the Homeland Defense mission of the state of Georgia.

The component units of the 201st Regional Gupport Group makes up FEMA Region IV of the Homeland Defense Force.
