Round shaped coin, pewter in color, 2 inches in diameter.

106th Rescue Wing, 38th Rescue Squadron.

Seven Airmen died on 15 March 2018 when an HH-60 Pave Hawk helicopter crashed in western Iraq. The Airmen were participating in Operation Inherent Resolve, a campaign against ISIL in Iraq and Syria

SIDE 1: Crew member casualties from the 106th Rescue Wing, Westhampton Beach, New York, included CPT Christopher T. Janetis, CPT Andreas B. O'Keefe, MSG Christopher J, Raguso, and SSG Dashan J Briggs.

SIDE 2: Crew member casualties from the 38th Rescue Squadron, Moody AFB, Georgia, included CPT Mark K. Weber, MSG William R. Posch, and SSG Carl P Enis.

The aircraft call sign was "Jolly 51."

News Release by Senior Master Sgt. Cohen A. Young, 332nd Air Expeditionary Wing Public Affairs, dated 28 March 2018:

"Seven men who died March 15, 2018, in a HH-60 Pave Hawk helicopter crash in western Iraq were honored in a memorial ceremony at an undisclosed location in Southwest Asia March 21, 2018. Soldiers and Airmen paid homage to seven men who died March 15 in a HH-60 Pave Hawk helicopter crash in western Iraq. The ceremony, which included a playing of God Bless America on the bagpipes and rollcall of the fallen, provided attendees the opportunity to find closure.

"It was a very well performed tribute that connected the past and present of these Airmen and enabled their military brethren to remember and honor their sacrifice," said Senior Master Sgt. Bryan K. Tkacs, 1st Expeditionary Rescue Group first sergeant."
