SIDE 2: On a pewter background, the 143rd Sustainment Command insignia above and map outlines of the Southeastern Asian countries that the unit was deployed to below; surrounded by a maroon band inscribed, "Sustaining Victory" above and, "Winning Matters" below, all surrounded by a narrow pewter border.

The 143rd Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) is one of seven general officer sustainment commands in the U.S. Army Reserve. It has command and control of more than 10,000 Army reserve Soldiers throughout southeastern United States.
